Bio
Grahame is currently the NSW Personal Safety Division Sales Manager with3M following 28 years in the Industrial and Safety Industry. Having previously worked at Wesfarmers and BOC (The Linde Group) in various safety specialist roles and Sales Manager at 3D Safety Services for 14 years. 
Rugby is his passion, as Northern Suburbs 1st Grade Coach from 2009 - 2011, Rugby Director from 2012 - 2017 and President from 2018.
Grahame was also a Board Member/Rugby Director of The Sydney Rays from 2014 - 2017.

Chris Hall

Responsibilities

Bio
Chris is the Managing Director and Founder of Blue Crane Capital, a debt advisory firm which specialises in arranging capital for commercial investment, development and residential transactions. 

Chris has enjoyed a long-standing involvement with Norths since joining the colts in 2003.

Bradley Leahy

Bio
A Private Equity Operating Partner, with Chartered Accounting qualifications and nearly 20 year’s experience in corporate restructuring, M&A, integrating and transforming businesses.  Brad has a passion for most sports including Rugby, Basketball and AFL and is keen to bring his business focus to the sporting environment.

Al Gillett

A Financial Services Executive with a grounding as a Chartered Accountant, Al has played key roles running, integrating and transforming businesses, as well as leading teams, developing and executing strategic plans across Professional Services, Property and the Banking and Finance industries.
In addition to a passion for Rugby he has a passion for developing longstanding, collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships. Al played from Colts to First Grade with over 100 Grade Games for Norths between 1997 and 2006.



Justin Tamsett

Bio
Managing Director at Active Management. Justin is recognised worldwide as a thought leader in the fitness industry.  He’s delivered over 340 presentations to over 215,00 people in 21 countries.  He is a highly sort after speaker for key notes, strategic sessions, personal productivity and MC’ing.  His weekly Facebook Live show has been viewed over 70,000 times as he discusses leadership. 

He has coached at First and Second Grade at Norths and been a Board Member since 2012 with his portfolio being membership and communications.


Charlie Taylor

As a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Co Charlie has spent 30 years advising leading institutions across the private and public sector on strategy, organisation and operations. Having also spent 15 years living and working in other countries/cities including New York, Singapore and Jakarta.
WIth a passion for rugby having played with Sydney University across colts and grade, as well as at Cambridge in college finals.
Charlie now has a son playing grade at Norths, and keen to see Norths develop its mentoring and development of future leaders, as well as lead in a vibrant, fun and competitive Shute Shield 

Patrick Nakkan

Bio
The current player representative on the board. Patrick has played over 12 seasons and over 100 grade games. Providing a voice of the players on the board. Outside of rugby, Patrick currently works as the Marketing Manager for the Commonwealth Bank of Australia with over 9+ years’ experience in Marketing & Advertising.
