In 2010 Norths Rugby chose Heart Research Australia as an official community partner, in order to help raise awareness about the importance of heart health for all Australians.
Heart disease is accountable for 34% of deaths in Australia and affects 2 out of 3 Australian families. Through initiatives such as the Red Heart Rugby Day, Norths and Heart Research Australia are working together to raise much needed funds for innovative new research into this deadly disease.
