Keep Saturday the 3rd of February free in your calendars and get behind the Red and Black as they look to start 2018 on a high.
St. Lukes Oval at Canada Bay will be the venue for the series of clashes between many Shute Shield clubs as well as unknown opposition on the 7’s circuit.
General Manager here at Northern Suburbs Rugby, Jack Burey, expressed his excitement for our Sevens team, which won the Central Coast 7’s competition in 2013.
“2018 is about re-igniting our 7’s program which was highly successful back in 2013,” Jack said.
“We are trying to find the next Sam Myers or John Porch in the process, as well as a development tool for Colts transitioning into Grade Rugby”
2nd Grade backs coach, Matt Gordon will be the head coach for our Sevens side who will look to kick-off 2018 in style.
Matt Gordon, apart of the winning 2013 Central Coast 7’s side is looking to be on the winning side as coach of Norths.
Norths will line up in 5 pool matches, before hopefully navigating their way to the final,
