Sydney Rays
About Sydney Rays
The Rays were initially the franchise formed from an alliance of four deep Shute Shield rivals – Northern Suburbs, Gordon, Manly and Warringah – and each of the clubs have invested much time and money in getting the franchise to where it is today. Most recently in 2016, the banner changed from North Harbour Rays to the Sydney Rays and both Eastwood & South Districts players are now part of the franchise.
The club’s charter is to promote from within, whether that be on the playing roster, the coaching team or the many off-field roles that are needed for a professional Rugby team to operate seamlessly.
The Rays are truly a touchable pathway for everyone associated with the great game of Rugby on the north shore of Sydney.
