No Cash? No Worries!

A new addition to the Northern Suburbs home game experience in 2018.

Club rugby supporters will have the ability to jump the queue when they pre-purchase their match day ticket.

On the back of the groundswell of support in pre-purchasing Shute Shield Grand Finals Tickets, Northern Suburbs aims to keep at the forefront club rugby by bringing the system to every home game in 2018.

Through the clubs official Facebook page, supporters will be able to access a pre-purchase link through the events page and website Eventbrite:

Club General Manager, Jack Burey expects “this initiative will be somewhat slow in its initial inception, but as the season’s progress’ and crowds increase we hope this method will catch on and supporters will able to avoid the lengthening queues to access North Sydney Oval”.

Pre-Purchase tickets aren’t the only new initiative on the scene at home games through 2018.

Shute Shield fans will have the option to go ‘Cashless’ at the gate. With the emergence of the ‘Square’, supporters will be able to ditch the $15 notes and ‘Tap and Go’ when they arrive at North Sydney Oval.

“We saw a touch of this in 2017 as the modern world transitions to somewhat of a cashless society, more and more people asked about EFTPOS at the gate. To which we are excited to deliver in 2018 as part of enhancing the Northern Suburbs home game experience.” Burey said.

Round 1 kick’s off Saturday, April 7th. With a blockbuster Grand Final Rematch at North Sydney Oval between Norths and Warringah, there is sure to be a big crowd and an entertaining game.
