The Shoremen Report // Round 11

Strap yourselves in! This week marks the final fixture of the competition's full cycle.

Norths are back at home for their first of six home games, to finish the regular season. For the Hunter Wildfires, it will their debut outing on North Sydney Oval since rejoining the competition, having had the pleasure of experiencing Bon Andrews Oval in 2020.

Nick Duffy is set to be handed the Captain's armband, standing in for the absent Harry Burey (Concussion). The 2020 Best & Fairest winner (Duffy) has been in career-best form this season, taking his game to another level.

2021 Colts Graduate Tevita Vei will make his 1st Grade debut, replacing Burey in the midfield. While James Turner will rejoin the starting team after a strong return from injury, with a try of the year contender.

The Wildfires were on the receiving end of an upset loss at Home to Southern District's last start. While they have given the competition a shake-up taking some big scalps, they sit 5 wins, 5 losses (7th) and no doubt will be eager to get this win as Randwick and Two Blues on either side of them play one another.

IN: Tevita Vei, James Turner, Declan Carroll

OUT: Harry Burey (Concussion), Seb Cameron (2nd Grade), Sam Shepherd (Reserves)

Tickets: IWannaTicket // Norths v Hunter
