The Shoremen Report: Round 11 v Randwick

After a week disrupted by Covid, wet weather and injuries. Norths head to Coogee Oval steely-eyed determined to rectify the past 2 weeks.

A combined 4 points have separated the past 2 rounds as the competition tightens up in the middle of the season.

Regular Captain Harry Burey (Concussion) and Angus Sinclair (Concussion) will both sit out the game after suffering heavy blows last week. Flyer James Turner is also an omission as he chases a final shot at the Olympic 7's team in Townsville.

Barnstorming backrower Brad Hemopo will wear the captain's armband & joined in the forward back by returning waratah Jack Whetton.

Tauteau Taufa will make his debut at inside centre and in a reshuffled backline, as will Apolosi Ranawai at tighthead prop. Apolosi was a mid season pick up and made a brief cameo on Saturday. Max Burey will return to fly-half in what has been an eventful week leading into Round 11.

Despite ongoing restrictions, a full card of rugby through all 7 grades across Coogee Oval and Latham Park and spectators are asked to be vigilant to symptoms and obey current protocols.
