The Shoremen Report // Round 12

Here we go! The run home commences.

Back to back at North Sydney Oval, with 5 more home games to finish the regular season.

Congratulations to Manly who lead the competition at the completion of the full cycle.

Another epic battle between these two awaits, after Manly narrowly got a 2-point victory at Manly Oval earlier in the season.

Buoyed by the inclusion of recently capped Wallaby Lalakai Foketi, Manly were strong in the win over Uni last week and will miss both Foketi and Langi Gleeson (Wallabies A) this week. Gleeson was a big difference scoring 3 tries last match-up.

After a strong debut, Tevita Vei will retain the 12 Jersey despite Harry Burey making his return from a concussion, Harry will sub in for his brother Max at flyhalf. Max Burey will again be on national 7's duties in Auckland and joining him is winger James Turner.

Congratulations to James Margan who will play his 50th Grade Game on Saturday.
