The Shoremen Report: Round 4

What a fantastic return to the North Sydney Oval, the Baxter Mortlock Cup is safe once again and we get to do it all again this week against those from the shire.

As one of only 2 teams to be undefeated through the early rounds, the Shoremen return to North Sydney Oval flying after following the bonus point win over the defending premiers.

Backrower Charlie Jeavons-Fellows put on yet another man of the match performance and will be joined in a new look back row that welcomes lineout specialist Dave Henaway at number 6. Henaway (unavailable last week) replaces Brad Hemopo who himself has been unavailable for this week's preparation.

Southern Districts will cross the harbour buoyed by their recent win over Warringah at home and desperate not to slip too far from the top 6 this early in the competition.

Always a big a confrontational team, Southern Districts will welcome back Tetera Faulkner and Joe Cotton from Waratahs duty & despite not being named, they are likely to feature heavily from their bench.

In the backrow Brodie Leber and Angus Allen will go head to head, having previously been teammates at Canberra Wests and the Brumbies academy. Both hard nosed backrowers who will be looking to dominate the contact area and win plenty of turnover ball.

Norths remain unchanged in the backline once again and it was Reece Mau'u who crossed for a double, with one a contender for try of the year.
