Northern Suburbs Women's Rugby

• Sirens 7's

The Northern Suburbs Sirens 7's Team competes in the Sydney Women's Rugby 7's, current fielding teams in both Division 2 & Division 3.

The Sydney Women's Rugby 7's, is run fortnightly between April to September.
Additionally, the Sirens also travel regional to various 7's tournaments including Kima, Lake Macquarie & Hamilton over the summer.

• 10 a-side

In 2022, the Sirens have also expanded into playing 10 a-side rugby as they aim to transition towards a XVs team next season.

10 a-side tournaments are held fortnightly in between 7's tournaments.

• Jack Scott Cup (XV's)

The Sirens are also recruiting player for XV's rugby with the aim of entering a team in the Sydney Women's Jack Scott Cup XV's competition in 2023.
