Formed in 1900, Northern Suburbs Rugby celebrates its 126th season in 2026.

As a leading club in Sydney’s Shute Shield Premiership, we have a proud tradition of developing aspirational rugby players into better rugby players, better people & building a united community.

We enjoy the magnificent and iconic North Sydney Oval as our home ground. Our Partners are proud to entertain and network with clients, staff and enjoy a family-friendly atmosphere at one of Australia’s most picturesque and historic sporting venues.

In 2025, Northern Suburbs provided the opportunity to over 300 players, spanning 4 Men's Grade teams, 3 Colts teams, 1 Women's XV team and over 10 Junior Representative Teams. 1st Grade again contested the Shute Shield finals series for the 10th consecutive season — a testament to the culture and standards the Shoremen hold themselves to year after year.
