Norths Foundation

The NSRFC Development Fund will focus on 3 key pathways to help support the Club:

1. Colts Program & Junior Development Pathways

Supporting junior development and coaching programs that identify and nurture the next generation of Norths Rugby talent. Central to this is the Blair Swannell Academy, which provides a structured pathway for our most promising juniors, focused on retaining that talent within the club and developing them into the Shoremen and Sirens of tomorrow.

2. High-Performance Program

Funding whole-of-club player development, giving every Shoreman the tools to reach their potential.

3. Women's Rugby

Growing and sustaining female participation at Norths, providing our Sirens with resources, coaching and opportunities.
