Bozzy grew up in Shoal Bay/Port Stephens and came through the Nelson Bay Gropers before setting his sights on a higher level. Dire Straits' Money for It is the pre-game track, any pub feed will do post-match, and Jerome Kaino was the blindside he idolised. When the Hunter Wildfires weren't yet a thing, the big smoke was calling, Bozzy had a few meetings with other clubs before deciding Norths was where he needed to be.
