2024 SIRENS HEAD COACH ANNOUNCEMENT

Northern Suburbs Women’s program (Sirens) is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Wiltshire as the new Head Coach.

Nick Wiltshire arrives at the Sirens program with experience through his time with West Harbour, NSW Junior Representative Program and working currently as a personal trainer.

Nick is eager to work hard in the preseason as he states that “continuing to build a good culture amongst the girls” is a key focus in this preseason block prior to Christmas.

The Sirens had a successful year in 2023 and Nick plans to build upon this starting with the Kiama 7s. Nick expresses that he is enthusiastic about the challenge that Kiama 7s brings and is looking to identify “where our strengths and weaknesses are”, additionally applying this analysis to “Build into the regular season”.

Nick plans to boost the strong Sirens program as there will be no slowing down for this powerful group. Nick states he wants to create a “strong team morale and cohesion throughout the team” off back the back of the Sirens already skilful players.
