R U OK?

R U OK? Day is a national day of action reminding everyone to ask,

“Are you OK?”

and to support people who may be struggling with life’s ups and downs any day of the year.

We all have our good and bad times, and everyone deserves support. It doesn’t matter how well you know someone, reach out regularly because you never know who might need help or when.

Together we can be a COMMUNITY where we’re all CONNECTED and PROTECTED from suicide
