Round 6 Preview

Destination East

Undefeated through the opening 4 matches, Norths are be looking to remain one of only a few unbeaten teams when they meet Eastern Suburbs in Round 6 this Saturday.

Closing in on the halfway mark of this revised season, Norths head to Woollahra Oval nursing some sore bodies after that bruising encounter with the wildfires last week.

Injuries forcing two changes to the starting side that got the job done at Bon Andrews Oval, Isaac Cavu (Hamstring 6-8 weeks) and Nick Palmer (Concussion 2-3 weeks). They are replaced by Jayden Lynch who has recovered from a bicep injury and will start at tighthead prop and Declan Carroll makes his first start in the second row.

Easts, on the other hand, come into round 6 fresh off the bye and have no doubt done some soul searching as they look to revive their season which hasn't started they would have hoped, currently sitting in 9th position.

With regular captain Nick Palmer sidelined, his deputy Harry Burey will run out with the captain's armband this week.

In's: Jayden Lynch, Declan Carroll
